WHY OFFICE HOURS?

For the last few years, people have been sending me emails that are surprisingly personal.

Not in a concerning way… mostly.

Often they’ll tell me about a decision they’re trying to make, or a project they’ve been sitting on for years. These messages also arrive in the form of a life transition, a relationship, a question they can’t stop returning to.

And quite often, somewhere in the email, they’ll ask if I offer coaching.

I don’t… but what I do offer is this:
You tell me what’s going on. The decision you’re circling, the creative project you can’t stop thinking about, the life change you’re considering, or the question that keeps following you around.

I’ll read it, spend time with it, and create something specifically for you: a personal essay written for your situation, along with a private audio recording of me reading it. The essay won’t tell you what to do. It’s a reflection on what I see, what seems important, what I think you’re actually wrestling with and what I hope you takeaway from it.

In other words, the same thing people come to my channel for; my perspective, my writing, and my tendency to notice the thing underneath the thing — directed toward one person, you,  instead of an audience.

What You'll Receive

• A detailed intake questionnaire sent via email
• A bespoke personal essay written specifically for your situation
• A private audio recording of me reading the essay
• Approximately 4–6 minutes when read aloud
• Delivery within 21 days of receiving your completed questionnaire

I only open this occasionally, and I have no idea when, or if, I’ll offer it again. If you’ve ever wondered what I’d say about your situation if we were sitting across from each other having coffee, this is probably the closest we’ll get.
